Booking events and resources
In order to increase access to water across our region, five Water Only Events Resource Kits have been developed for organisations and community groups wanting to run water only events.
Water Only Events Resource Kits are available for community use to support Water Only Events free of charge and are housed with community organisations across the region for ease of access.
Groups and organisations wishing to utilise these resources must meet the terms and conditions of use stipulated as part of the booking process.
A water only event tip sheet has been developed to provide helpful information to event organisers.

Each kit contains:

4 x 20 litre water containers (unfilled)

1 x fold up table

1 x tear drop flag

1 x foot path sign
There are kits available in Whanganui, Taihape & Marton

(Keep in mind that there are two kits available in Whanganui - if one has been booked, the other may still be available.
There is also a basic, back up kit available at Te Oranganui, consisting of four water containers and a footpath sign.
If the kit you want is booked on the dates you need it, feel free to contact us anyway as there are occasional cancellations.)
